Reseller status does not give you copyright entitlement over these systems / scripts / programs, the copyright on all systems remains the intellectual property of Promotec Consultants (Australia). We would ask you to ensure full respect for the commercial nature and copyright of these systems / scripts and would ask that they are not distributed beyond genuine sales and your own use. By adhering to the above ensures that all resellers and Promotec Consultants do in fact receive the financial benefits associated with the efforts that go into providing these services to the resellers and to the end users.

Please ensure that all headers and copyright notices remain in the headers of the scripts and read me files, this maintains the integrity of our products.

While you have the right to resell our products in the form that you recieve them our reseller licence does not allow for decompiling, redevloping or any changes to the scripts/systems/programs without written permission from Promotec Consultants and the copyright holder of these systems.

All resellers will be provided with a user name and password to access the script / product delivery area, this allows you to receive copies of all systems that are included in the reseller program. The URL of this area is provided on signup.

General Reseller Program Considerations.

As a reseller your main task is the promotion of your resellers website/subsite, the methods you use are up to you but please keep to acceptable marketing practices as we don’t want our products presented to the general Internet population through unsavoury methods such as spamming.

We can handle all queries and questions pre-sale and post sale as well as providing the installation services, this relieves you of this responsibility and means that all queries and support issues are handled in a professional manner by trained staff that are familiar with the systems involved. This also insures a prompt turn around of all support issues and installation services.

Each time that a customer purchases a product from our resellers range they are naturally entitled to support from us as well as any future upgrades of the products that they have purchased. It is for this reason that it is important for us to have reference to who has made a purchase from our reseller range of products, I would ask that each time a purchase is made that you forward to us a copy of the email notification you receive notifying you a sale has been made, this will be archived by us to ensure that your client does receive the support and backup required through us being able to validate their support entitlement and future upgrade entitlement.
